The MESA/Boogie Fillmore 25 amp straddles the '50s and '60s with its tube-driven tones. But with the addition of three overdrive modes, the Fillmore is also suitable for '70s and '80s saturated, arena-rock sounds. Featuring two channels, reverb and a buffered FX loop, MESA/Boogie has cooked up a capable combo with the 23-watt Fillmore. Versatile with Vintage Voices

Named after the iconic venues in New York and San Francisco, the Fillmore is full of classic sounds. It packs a pair of 6V6 power tubes with 23 watts of output. Of course, 6V6 were the tubes-of-choice in the '50s and '60s, and the Fillmore lets you exploit both of those eras, and then some. This two-channel combo offers three drive levels with independent controls for each channel. CLEAN mode has chiming highs; you can also up the gain for blackface-style breakup. DRIVE mode moves from clean to saturated while still retaining the top end. HI mode maximizes sustain and compression��think '70s crunch rhythms and '80s leads, American-style.

Spring Reverb and FX Loop

The Fillmore 25 incorporates an all-tube, long-tank spring reverb with independent controls for each channel. It also has a fully buffered series effects loop for easy adjustment of send and return levels; you'll also be able to mix the dry and effected signal without any worries of phase cancellation.

Custom Celestion speaker

MESA outfits the Fillmore 25 combo with a 12" Celestion speaker made in the U.K. The Black Shadow Custom 90 has ample headroom with a smooth top end. Bass tones are tight and focused.

Solid Construction

MESA/Boogie builds the Fillmore combo to combat the rigors of the road. It is made of marine-grade Baltic birch and is fully tuned to accentuate the tone of the amp.
