The Fender Custom Shop '61 Stratocaster Heavy Relic Rosewood electric guitar combines vintage tone, meticulously chosen appointments and hand-wound pickups for a top-of-the-line playing experience. It features a 2-piece select alder body with a lacquer finish and a quartersawn maple neck. The 1-piece flat-lam rosewood fingerboard is topped with 21 narrow-tall frets and vintage-style clay dot inlays. Its sound is driven by a trio of Custom Shop hand-wound Texas Special single-coil Strat pickups, with the classic Strat volume and tone controls plus a 5-way pickup switch. Additional appointments to the '61 Stratocaster Heavy Relic include vintage-style tuners, a bone nut, Custom Shop Vintage Synchronized Tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles, and chrome/nickel hardware. Comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
